What is your pricing structure?

What is eClosing?
You might come across phrases like "wet," "hybrid," or "RON," these are what you would call eClosing or digital closing. This means a portion of the documents is executed electronically. In person, or electronically, Nova offers streamlined services at the convenience of our clientele. Let us help ease the process of closing.
What is the cost for multiple trips to get documents signed for wet signatures?
Although Nova’s policy is to invoice at regular rates for multiple trips regarding split signings, documents for different properties, or re-draws, it is always in the best interest of our clientele to work out the most cost effective option for both parties. And remember, trips caused by notary errors won't cost you extra.
What if your notary makes an error?
We stand by our notaries and are dedicated to rectifying any human errors promptly and at no expense to you or your customer. If a customer is dissatisfied with our service, we waive our fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
We gladly waive the signing fee if your escrow file cancels post-signing. Please send proof of the canceled file to our Accounting Team.
